Andrew Capel has been working in the IT business for 25 years. He is the founder and director of Dragonfly Solutions. In his training courses he focuses on getting technical information across to people in a way that non technical people can understand.
He is also an NLP Master Practitioner and married to Barbara with three teenage boys. Other interests include DIY, cycling and running the Llani Car Club. He was also nominated in 2009 as one of 52 Green Heroes on the Wales Green List created by sustainwales
Keran Simmonds has worked as a Finance Director of a manufacturing company. Other posts include lecturing and project management. She has also trained in the fields of Personal Development and Family Work, having led groups for over 20 years. she lives in mid Wales and has one son.
