I founded Dragonfly Solutions 10 years ago to help you reduce your
administration costs - through more effective use of Microsoft Office. Admin
accounts for a significant part of any business, and often there are more
efficient ways tasks can be undertaken.
For example, we saved one
client £40,000 a year by producing an Excel spreadsheet to automate their
management accounts. Before the spreadsheet was introduced 11 people spent
3 to 4 days each month creating the information needed for the monthly board
meeting. The new spreadsheet reduced this to 1 day each per month – and
meant less senior staff could produce them. This saved the company 33 days
every month
